Join Rebel Yell Yoga, The Chaos Factor, and Dark Moon Tarot for a celebration of Mabon, the autumnal equinox: a time when light and shadow equalize and the sun enters the sign of Libra. As we move into the second harvest and the sun’s light reaches its tipping point where dark will begin to outlast the light, it is time to revel in the bounty of the harvest, while steadying the scales of Libra and preparing for the quiet time of reflection and dormancy that lies ahead.

We will balance our prana (life force energy) with a yoga flow linking movement, breath and mindfulness. Afterwards we will come into ritual circle to meditate and celebrate the bounty of the season.
